Singing Crystal Bowls

Let the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls wash over you in this healing sound meditation, led by the talented Karen Coogan.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket for comfort if you wish to rest and recline; chairs are also available for seated participation.

Offered on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at Oasis.

Please arrive a few minutes early, as the doors will be locked once the session begins.
